Scope Infrastructure enablement for product crews (e.g. hosting improvements, CI/CD, scalability, multi‑cloud architecture). Security and compliance facilitation (e.g. authentication, encryption, threat protection). Developer productivity enhancements (e.g. local environment setup, monorepo tooling, observability, tech stack evolution). Design and development unification (e.g. design system, accessibility). AI‑assisted engineering enablement (e.g. agentic development, code assistants, MCP servers). 2026 Focus We will grow the team significantly to further increase our impact, expand our cloud footprint with a revisited multi‑cloud strategy, and elevate the quality bar across backend, frontend, and mobile. We are also evolving our AI‑augmented development, putting AI code assistants as a first‑class citizen for all, including non‑engineers. Responsibilities Strong background in application and infrastructure security; hands‑on experience with application security testing and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in web and mobile applications. Experience protecting organisations from cyber threats and monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents. Passionate about building secure products and systems. Familiarity with cloud security and modern web application security. Qualifications Well‑versed in object‑oriented programming such as Python, Java, C#, and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (experience not mandatory). Passionate about building products. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial. Humble and willing to grow. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Fluent in English (no need to speak French).
