Join our team in one of the most innovative technology sectors As contributor of the service oriented vision, you are in charge of the definition and implementation plan for the company Infrastructure & Operations, of services infrastructure requirements such as: Service Level Requirements, Business Continuity, Security, Scalability & Capacity ManagementResponsibilitiesYou present design recommendations for key system components, interfaces and infrastructure for the deployment of services and applicationsYou make sure documentation of infrastructure architecture and service design get updated and validatedYou review the current design and implementations to detect deficiencies and suggest enhancementsYou define and drive a continuous improvement plan of services for Infrastructure & OperationsYou Prepare, schedule, coordinate service architecture related projectsYou Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, policies as well as infrastructure requirements and systems performanceYou communicate and interact with Ledger internal clients to document the requirements related to services operabilityWhat we’re looking for5+ years of experience in system architecture and project management, involving operational environments across the service management lifecycle (vision, architecture, transition, operation and continual service improvement)Extensive experience in service architecture and end-to-end solutions, with a technical and system integration backgroundExperience with AI, cloud platforms and eco systems ( AWS,Kubernetes,...)Experience in selecting and applying service management policies, processes and procedures in operational environmentsExperience of cross-functional work and the ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach with regards to building key relationships across the organization and define projects scope, goals, plan and deliverables“Customer focused” with the ability to identify both internal and external customer's needsCreative problem solving and solutions assessment skills with an ability to identify develop and implement solutions to meet the needs of the businessGood social skills with an ability to help the team choose a solution with high level of pressure, rapidly changing environments and ambiguityExperience of technology assessment and selectionExcellent presentation and written communication in English, C1 LevelEngineering degreeBenefitsAt Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits.
