Votre sens du service, votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à créer du lien avec clarté et bienveillance feront toute la différence dans ce rôle à forte dimension humaine et technique.En tant qu’**Expert d’Assurance Construction**, mandatés par les compagnies et mutuelles d’assurance, vous intervenez sur des dossiers sinistres à enjeux techniques et financiers (RC, RC Décennal), en phase amiable ou judiciaire.A l’issu d’un **parcours de formation structuré**, alternant mises en situation pratiques et apports théoriques, afin de vous permettre de maîtriser pleinement les spécificités du métier, vos responsabilités seront :* Identifier les causes et origines des sinistres sur site (Ile-de-France)* S’assurer des garanties contractuelles souscrites* Chiffrer le montant des dommages et de leur réparation* Défendre techniquement l’assuré* Rédiger des rapports d’expertise à l’usage des compagnies et mutuelles d’assurance**Votre profil*** Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur en bâtiment, génie civil ou équivalent (ESTP, etc…)* Expérience de minimum 5 ans en entreprise, maitrise d’œuvre ou bureau de contrôle (BTP, génie civil)* Solide culture technique, appétence pour les aspects juridiques et financiers* Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles* Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’analyse et sens du dialogue**Ce que nous offrons*** **Un parcours de formation complet à l’expertise d’assurance*** Télétravail jusqu’à 3 jours/semaine* Véhicule de fonction, ticket restaurant (carte Swile), PC, téléphone* Mutuelle, prévoyance, CSE* Rémunération attractive (fixe + variable)Rejoignez une équipe d’experts passionnés et contribuez à des projets techniques stimulants dans un environnement bienveillant et collaboratif.Chez Sedgwick, l’inclusion guide nos choix.
