Here, your scope will know no boundaries; So join us and dare to make an impact on the world This is where your biggest challenge awaits you: Within the Data Department, you will join the Data Engineering vertical and report to our Data Director. Your mission will be to co-lead a Feature Team (FT) alongside a Product Owner. Your team's mission is to provide the best Data Products (Analytics and AI) to your users while ensuring the lowest possible service cost. Context: In the midst of organizational and digital transformation, Accor is adopting an Agile culture and the DevOps technical requirements of major players (Amazon, Google). Our technical ecosystem has evolved significantly in recent years and is now based primarily on market‑leading Cloud/SaaS solutions (Snowflake, Tableau, AWS), integrating the best of open source (dbt, airflow, etc.). Within the Data department, the Data Engineering vertical works closely with our Product, Data Managers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Scrum Masters teams. Your Mission: As a technical advisor and guarantor of “quality/performance,” your job will be to manage the people involved in developing and improving data products. As Tech Lead, you will be responsible for: Managing and coaching a team of Data Engineers (internal and external) Ensuring the implementation of best development practices (DevOps, etc.) Making technical and modeling choices in consultation with other Data Leads (Snowflake urbanization, patterns, dependencies, quality, etc.) Integrating data sources under the responsibility of your FT via our in‑house “DataHub” solution Industrializing Data products (analytics & AI) Optimizing their performance and costs (FinOps) Qualifications And you? As a graduate of an engineering school or with a specialized master’s degree, you have at least five years of significant experience in data and previous managerial experience. Your enjoyment of teamwork and excellent communication skills make you a natural team leader. You are therefore genuinely keen to develop and manage a technical team, supervise service providers, and provide technical leadership for our Data Engineering community. With technical expertise in Snowflake or other modern data platforms (e.g., BigQuery), you are committed to: taking on functional and technical challenges by providing “progressive” solutionsdeveloping useful and “optimized” data products providing high‑quality service to your user “customers” challenging the status quo, proposing improvements, and implementing them Technical Skills Proficiency in SQL and Python Agile culture (Jira, Confluence, Gitlab) & DevOps (CI/CD, etc.) In‑depth knowledge of Snowflake features Knowledge of dbt Experience in data science and data products (analytics & AI) Experience with different data modeling techniques Bonus: Tableau (or other analytics tools), FinOps culture, and e‑commerce skills (SEO/SEA) Soft skills and leadership You know how to solve problems proactively and independently, using your analytical and synthesis skills You demonstrate leadership and know how to motivate a team You are fluent in English (working language) You are dynamic and rigorous, with a service‑oriented mindset and a taste for challenge, enabling you to fully invest yourself in your mission Accor dares to impact: The world Accor is committed to the world around us, with a strong employer culture focused on the development of our 300,000 talents.
