Entrepreneurial and client-centric, the business is now creating new global vertical leadership roles in Air & Sea freight to accelerate its next phase of growth. We are hiring a senior executive to lead the Beauty & Cosmetics vertical, connecting global supply chains for some of the world’s leading brands. What You’ll Do: Lead Strategy: Oversee global Air & Sea solutions tailored to beauty and cosmetics clients. Market Responsiveness: Adapt solutions to fast product cycles, high promotional demand, and seasonal trends. Build Partnerships: Cultivate senior-level relationships with multinational beauty and cosmetics companies. Operational Excellence: Ensure precision, reliability, and brand alignment across logistics flows. Team Leadership: Guide account leaders and global managers to deliver consistent results. What We’re Looking For: Proven success in beauty, cosmetics, or related consumer goods logistics. Strong Air & Sea freight knowledge and client-facing leadership experience. Ability to align logistics solutions with fast-moving consumer demands. Strong commercial mindset and global exposure. Fluency in French and English required.
