We’re looking for a Bilingual Senior Sales Specialist (German/English) to join us in our London, Paris, or Munich offices. If you’re based in Milan or the Netherlands, we also want to hear from you. Mission You’ll join a growing, diverse team that disrupts traditional vehicle auctions. You’ll foster relationships with sellers and collectors both locally and internationally, help develop long‑lasting partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth and product development. Responsibilities Serve as dedicated point of contact throughout the auction process, coordinating end‑to‑end activities from pre‑sales to post‑sales and delivering excellent engagement and service. Build and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business. Research collectible car values, analyze industry trends, and determine competitive market reserves. Manage the full consignment process, including administrative tasks such as arranging photography. Expand your network and bring new business opportunities to TCG. Use Salesforce to manage consignments and customers, ensuring records and customer information are accurate. Participate in Collecting Cars external events to raise brand awareness. Collaborate with the wider Collecting Group team to support overall success. Qualifications Prior experience in a sales‑based role with a proven track record of meeting revenue goals. Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to take initiative and close sales. Open‑minded, inquisitive, and receptive to company evolution. Skilled negotiator when setting sale terms with customers. Commercial yet customer‑first mindset aligned with our service‑oriented reputation. Strong telephone manner and capability to generate high call volumes. Able to research and absorb information quickly to identify suitable vehicles from high‑resolution images. Attention to detail and investigative approach. Proficient in a CRM such as Salesforce.
