Finance System Specialist - VAT & Tax Technology (H/F) Join Decathlon’s mission to make sport accessible to the greatest number. As part of a process‑based organization, you will manage functional and technical needs related to indirect taxes. Responsibilities Project Support and Operational Assistance Project support and monitoring (functional animation) Writing specifications and creating JIRAs (tickets) for new requests. Managing source tools in case of non‑integrated flows. Daily collaboration with the Project Manager (PM) for tool maintenance. Maintenance of the tax repository and reporting tools. Support and monitoring of tickets to ensure the tax repository is kept up‑to‑date. Supporting the development of fiscal reporting and extractions. Updating reports in case of new requirements. Ensuring integrity checks for created reports. Supporting the creation of the unique repository in collaboration with the Delivery Owner (DO) / Project Manager, upstream of the project. Monitoring the VAT change process. Qualifications You are agile, curious, and have a sense of initiative. You enjoy sharing and working in a team. You have strong analytical, logical, and problem‑solving skills. You have good communication skills (both written and verbal). You have a genuine interest in tools and are motivated to learn (working with SQL and JIRAs could be part of your daily routine). You have good command of English (minimum B2 level). You have good knowledge of accounting and/or tax topics.
