Collaborating with product managers, QA, and support teams to understand and address user needs and challenges. Participating in bug verification, release testing, and beta support to ensure product robustness and reliability. Researching and resolving problems discovered by QA or product support, delivering innovative and effective solutions. Documenting code, modules, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development. Employing and advocating for best practices in software development, including code reviews and continuous integration.
