Responsibilities Virtuos is a leading content production company specializing in video game development and 3D art production. To support France Studio’s day to day operations, we are looking for a motivated, dynamic and fast-learning Junior Accountant, focusing first on Accounts Payable with a possibility to quickly expand the scope. This role can quickly be enlarged to include financial analysis, controlling and planning. Invoice collection, verification, and accurate registration and allocation in Yooz, Spendesk and Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations Expense Claims verification and registration Vendor payments and other financial liabilities handling and communication with suppliers, providing required documents, payment details and proofs… Bank Statements reconciliation Suppliers’ creation and Management Fixed Assets creation and monitoring Review of Auxiliary Balances, Prepaid Expenses and Accrued Expenses Liaising with external accounting firm and Group Finance to timely support and complete monthly closings Supporting the Department with administrative tasks (Document Collection and Formalization, Data Crunching, Tax Credit Filing…) Participate in group-level initiatives to strengthen workflows, automation, and the adoption of AI-driven tools Qualifications What you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree, DCG, DSCG or master’s degree with a major in accounting and finance 1 to 2 years (including internships) experience in Accounting, Audit or Controlling Solid Accounting and MS Office skills Adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously and take initiatives Fluent in both spoken and written English and French You are located in the Ile-de-France region (offices in Cergy / Partial remote work allowed) You are passionate about Art or Video Games About Us Founded in 2004, Virtuos is one of the largest independent video game development companies.
