Performance Marketing Manager - Spanish Market Join to apply for the Performance Marketing Manager - Spanish Market role at Dolead Dolead is a global leader in Lead Generation. We power the growth of 200+ clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America, with a team of experts from 13 nationalities, working remotely and from our offices in France and the US. We partner closely with our clients’ Marketing and Sales teams to turn paid media into measurable pipeline. We launch campaigns fast, connect customer data with confidence, and generate sales-ready leads with a fixed cost per lead. Role As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own performance across a portfolio of clients on the Spanish market. Your job is to drive net revenue growth and lead generation while keeping a sharp eye on volume, quality and margins. This is a permanent position, hybrid in Madrid. Remote work is not possible from other cities in Spain. What you’ll own Performance + forecast: co-forecast monthly business with your Account Manager, deliver on revenue targets, track volume/quality/margin. Growth plans: diagnose what’s limiting performance, build action plans (launch / test & learn / scale / churn risk), and scale via new channels/angles/tactics. Client partnership: be the paid media expert and the business partner (goals, metrics, strategy). Ops/tooling: test new lead gen mechanisms (channels, conversion UX), roll out new features, contribute to playbooks. What we’re looking for 5+ years in performance marketing (agency or advertiser) — strong hands-on Search and/or Social. Solid Lead Gen experience and campaign optimization reflexes. Strong data / deep-dive mindset (Looker, SEMrush, etc.). Clear communicator, structured, growth-oriented. Fluent Spanish + English.
