Des outils qui ne parlent pas entre eux, des fichiers Excel bricolés, des indicateurs biaisés, et des décisions prises à l’aveugle.On construit la première plateforme de people analytics simple, fiable et actionnable, pour permettre aux entreprises de mieux piloter leur performance et de lutter contre les inégalités.L’équipeNous sommes aujourd’hui une quinzaine de personnes passionnées et déterminées, avec une ambition énorme : faire bouger les lignes sur un sujet clé.On vient de backgrounds variés (tech, produit, RH, data, conseil), tous issues des meilleures formations (Centrale, Ponts et Chaussées, Ensimag…) et on partage tous la même exigence : créer un produit utile, élégant, et qui simplifie la vie de nos utilisateurs.Le contexteNous sommes dans une phase de scale très forte avec l’ambition de faire x3 en termes de croissance en 2026. Nous rejoindre, c’est construire Reflect avec nous.La missionNous recherchons un(e)software engineer full-stack (Back + Front) rigoureux et ambitieux, prêt à nous rejoindre pour construire le futur des RH.Tu travailleras dans une équipe resserrée, encollaboration directe avec notre CTO, Baptiste Jan.C’est une opportunité concrète : tu participeras à la construction du produit au quotidien, tu déploieras chaque semaine des fonctionnalités utilisées en production, et tu contribueras aux choix techniques et à la roadmap.Nous rejoindre aujourd’hui, c’est participer à une aventure produit exigeante, avec un vrai impact et une forte montée en compétence.Profil recherchéÉtudiant(e) engrande école d’ingénieur, enfin d’études(oucésuresi très bon niveau technique)Tu maîtrises TypeScript, tu écris du code propre, testé et maintenableTu maîtrisesHTML / CSSet tu as déjà une expérience enReact ou VueTu as déjà une petite expérience avec AWSTu es rigoureux(se), structuré(e), avec un vrai souci de la qualitéTu es ultra motivé(e): tu veux apprendre vite, comprendre le produit, et progresser techniquementTu as un bon esprit d’équipe, tu sais écouter, challenger, documenterTu es basé(e) à Paris ou prêt(e) à t’y installerOn cherche des gens qui adorent le challenge qui vont progresser aux côtés de Software Engineers expérimentésDéroulement des entretiensEntretien de qualification– 30 min en visio avec Baptiste Jan (CTO)Cas pratique produit– découpage de ticket, revue de PR, stratégie technique, avec BaptisteSession de pair programming– avec Jean Delevoye (Lead Software Engineer)Entretien final– avec Léopold Adam (CEO)PropositionAdmin : Date de début : ASAP.
