Senior Manager Valuation (f/m/d) Join to apply for the Senior Manager Valuation (f/m/d) role at Aareal Bank AG. Responsibilities Review externally prepared market and mortgage lending value appraisals for plausibility of approaches and methods. Prepare mortgage lending value appraisals of real estate in France, applying the requirements of the BelWertV to foreign markets. Work with commercial real estate such as hotels, shopping centers, offices and logistics properties, gaining experience in international real estate financing across three continents. Serve as a sought‑out internal contact person with specialist knowledge, clarifying a wide range of real‑estate valuation questions. Maintain an international network of contacts in the appraisal scene and observe real‑estate market developments practically. Participate in associations and working groups (e.g. HypZert, RICS). Qualifications Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, surveying or a similar discipline. Sound professional experience of at least 5 years in commercial real‑estate appraisal. Profound insights into the valuation of foreign real estate. Highly committed and communicative, team‑player, enjoys complex tasks and approaching topics with motivation and passion. Business‑fluent English and French language skills.
