S4 HANA Manager – Plan to Produce – Consumer Goods practice We are expanding our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice and are looking for a senior S4 HANA Manager to lead transformation programmes in manufacturing and production planning. Requirements Delivery of S/4HANA‑enabled transformation programmes – specialising in manufacturing and production planning. Designing end‑to‑end solutions and ensuring all deliverables produced by your team are consistent with best‑practice design principles, standards and methodologies. Leading client workshops covering process design, industry best practices and bringing SME knowledge in your chosen area of expertise. Building end‑to‑end solutions based on client requirements, and documenting functional specifications where a development object is required. Deep expertise in MRP, recipe management, production planning and material management. About You Designs and manages complete enterprise solutions, demonstrating leadership of topics in the architect community and a passion for technology and business acumen. Works as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organization, leading Infosys Consulting operations related to market development and/or service delivery excellence. Has a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem‑solving and resilience. Has experience in gathering, validating, synthesising, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication in the country’s official language(s) (C2) and English (C2), with project‑related mobility/willingness to travel. Has demonstrable experience delivering S/4HANA‑based solutions in PP/Shop floor system architecture and MRP. Integration with best‑of‑breed applications is desirable. Strong client‑facing skills and ability to lead a workstream through all phases of SAP implementation. Displays flexibility, adaptability and a process‑improvement approach. Enjoys a strong track record of professional success, preferably in the consulting services arena.
