As part of this new, key position you will be responsible for managing our sales team in France, unlocking new business development opportunities, continuing on the quest of making the brand the most desired brand in the luxury travel industry. The role is based out of our offices in Montrouge, Paris.Your ImpactManages and leads the defined go-to-market strategy for Explora Journeys France in terms of trade partners and business development measures especially for the B2C channelDevelops and establishes partnerships in line with our brand perception to increase our brand awareness and to generate direct sales.Develops binding business relationships that increase and expand the brand visibility and desirability through a targeted communication strategy.Collaborates with colleagues from within the MSC Group to leverage distribution networks and marketing platforms to ensure brand consistency, policy and pricing integrity.Conducts business analysis meetings and utilize key performance indicators to support revenue generation while achieving gross and net revenue targetsPromotes group, incentive and charter business across the French marketManages allocated budget and forecasting process with an expert understanding of channel mix and acquisition cost impactWorks closely with the HQ in Switzerland on new initiatives and business reviewsYour Journey so farA minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the luxury travel or luxury hospitality industry, with a strong experience in luxury B2C salesExcellent sales network or well-known contact base and good knowledge of partners/major customers in the travel industry in FranceStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talentExcellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPointYour EssentialsFluent written and spoken English and French skills are a mustFull Right to Work in FranceFull Driving Licence requiredFlexible to travel throughout France and the EUOur commitmentWe are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.
