No matter where you are in the world, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional. Responsibilities Lead and grow our engineering team (currently 20+ engineers, developers, and DevOps). Define and own Centric Shoppingfeed’s technical roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact projects. Oversee architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and technical project management. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align technical execution with business needs. Drive platform scalability, security, and performance improvements. Introduce processes and systems that improve team efficiency, velocity, and delivery quality. Our technical stack Languages & Frameworks: PHP, JavaScript (Angular) Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Github Actions Databases & Messaging: MariaDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Elasticsearch Monitoring & Reliability: Datadog Tools & Workflow: Jira, Git, Slack Skills Required 10+ years of experience in software engineering leadership, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce. Strong background in cloud architecture, data flows, APIs, and large-scale integrations. Experience scaling teams and implementing efficient engineering processes. Fluent in English and French (spoken & written). A hands-on leader: able to zoom into architecture discussions while keeping focus on strategy.
