About The Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Growth Team within the Business Performance Domain. As a Senior Software Engineer, your mission will be to work on Doctolib's growth. You will be part of a feature team focused on developing excellent user experiences, trial sessions, and showing clear value propositions for our products, allowing for full product‑led growth and self‑serve in product. Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of healthcare teams and patients. We operate in agile feature teams, collaborating closely with product, design, and business teams. Your Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features that improve healthcare access for patients. Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application. Apply your expertise and past experiences to continuously improve how we design, implement, test, and monitor high‑quality features. Enhance the performance of key features implemented in Kotlin, React (TypeScript/Javascript) and Ruby on Rails, sometimes by completely challenging the status quo. Ensure the seamless creation of new services and monitoring thereafter (Kubernetes). Take leadership in delivering roadmap items (together with the team). Our Tech Environment Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud‑native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform to run in a distributed architecture through reusable components. Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Kotlin, and React. We leverage AI ethically across our products to empower patients and health professionals. You want to lead features from start to finish. You are a full‑stack developer with strong knowledge of both backend and front‑end. Our stack is Javascript/Typescript and Ruby on Rails / Kotlin, but any experience with similar frameworks is welcomed and valued. You have a "user first" mindset and are committed to building a product that delivers value to its users through secure, well‑tested, and pragmatic code.
