AWWG détient également la master franchise et l’agence pour Tommy Hilfiger (Espagne et Portugal) ainsi que l’agence pour Calvin Klein, DKNY, Donna Karan et Karl Lagerfeld (Espagne et Portugal).Le projet En tant que Directeur de magasin, vous aurez l’opportunité de représenter l’image et les valeurs de la marque en première ligne, étant pleinement responsable de la gestion efficace des opérations du magasin et de l’équipe. Vous veillerez à assurer le plus haut niveau de satisfaction client, atteindre les objectifs de vente, gérer les stocks et promouvoir le développement de l’équipe commerciale.Responsabilités clés du poste :Gestion d'équipe : Diriger et transmettre la passion pour l'entreprise et la marque à l'équipe du magasin, en leur fournissant tous les outils nécessaires pour favoriser leur développement.Ventes : Diriger les stratégies de vente ainsi que l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux et des KPI, en mobilisant l’équipe de vente à travers des plans d’action, en garantissant l’excellence tout au long du processus de vente et de l’image de marque.Visuel : Veiller à ce que le magasin respecte et mette en œuvre les directives visuelles en accord avec l’image de la marque.Expérience client : Attirer et fidéliser les clients en prêtant attention à chaque détail, en offrant une expérience client de la plus haute qualité.Gestion administrative : Veiller au respect des procédures liées à l’inventaire, à la gestion des stocks, à la gestion de la caisse, aux rapports quotidiens, entre autres.Ce que nous offrons :Opportunités d’évolution de carrière : Nous croyons en la mobilité interne.
