Our team of 700+ people operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. ⭐️ YOUR MISSION ⭐️ Help our members – Deal with members’ requests in a meaningful, delightful and timely manner. Be transparent, accurate, clear and helpful. Improve Alan – Work on projects to implement better processes and tools, contribute to product improvement by analysing, identifying areas for improvement and providing suggestions. Grow and learn – Become an expert in healthcare and insurance, learn everyday, and help new members of the team. Pioneering – Build, nurture and enhance the care team as it grows rapidly. ⭐️ JOIN THE 🇧🇪 CARE TEAM ⭐️ You will be a good fit for the role if you: Have 2+ years of experience in a customer‑support role, education, or communication. Are bilingual in English + Dutch. Have a passion for caring for members and solving their problems. Love written communication. Are comfortable with computers and technology in general. Have a very empathetic mindset. Are motivated and entrepreneurial. Have an enthusiasm for teamwork, learning and teaching. Bonus: know how the Belgian healthcare system works. Everything else you know is a plus We want our team to be made up of a diversity of experiences and backgrounds. Good to know: We are hiring full time at A2-B1 level. Insurance is a regulated profession. Agents in contact with the public must pass a basic insurance knowledge test within their first year of exercise.
