OverviewThe Agent Developer Experience team is on a mission to transform how engineers develop, test, and contribute to the Datadog Agent. The Agent is developed by 100+ engineers across Datadog, making daily contributions to code that runs on millions of customer machines worldwide. As one of the central pieces of software that powers Datadog's observability platform, the Agent requires productive and enjoyable development workflows that enable teams to ship features quickly and reliably.We’re looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead our Agent Developer Experience team. You'll directly impact the productivity of dozens of engineers by solving complex challenges around CI/CD pipelines, development tooling, and testing infrastructure. This role offers the unique opportunity to be a force multiplier across the Agent product organization, solving immediate pain points and preparing for future growth. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to guide a growing team of engineers through an ambitious product and technical roadmap. This high-impact role will play a key part in shaping product direction, design, and engineering decisions.
