This is a hands-on role for someone eager to optimize infrastructure, support our ISO certification journey, and ensure our tech environment is reliable, scalable, and secure. This role is known also as DevSecOps Engineer.This role is based in Lyon, France.What you'll doTake ownership of AWS DevOps tasks, including deployment, maintenance, and scaling of HawkCT and HawkAI cloud infrastructures.Manage IPSec tunnel setups and collaborate with client IT departments to ensure secure and stable connectivity.Oversee IT infrastructure across multiple office locations, including VPNs (Marcy-Vaise, Grosse Bertha), Synology, and individual VPNs to devices.Improve and enforce standardized configuration policies using NinjaOne for all categories of devices (Mac/Windows, internal/external).Contribute to the development of an on-premise version of HawkAI for clinics with limited internet access.Enhance system monitoring, ensuring robust and responsive infrastructure performance.Collaborate with the team to implement a secured public testing version of HawkAI, aligned with suggestions from internal stakeholders.Support the development of HawkAI with improvements in processing parallelization (by slice and by sequence).Participate in securing cloud environments, ensuring data encryption, implementing intrusion detection systems, and overall hardening of infrastructure.Perform monthly vulnerability assessments on Python packages and third-party dependencies.Ensure physical device security through encryption, anti-malware protection, and centralized device management.Support and contribute to the setup and ongoing maintenance of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) for ISO 27001 and 42001 compliances.What we are looking forMust Have:2–4 years of experience in system administration, security, or DevOpsStrong scripting and infrastructure-as-code skillsFamiliar with VPN configuration, endpoint management, and AWS servicesInterest and experience in cybersecurity and regulatory complianceComfortable working independently across multiple domainsAbility to work in an international and English-first environmentNice to have:Worked in ISO regulated environmentsExperience in a SaaS startupExperience in the veterinary industryA mission to revolutionize the animal healthcare industryA great and ambitious team to grow withAn international culture with 10+ nationalities in the teamAn amazing office for you to share with other Hawkstars in Lyon, FranceRecruitment Process30-minute Screening Interview with the CPO30-minute Short Technical Interview with the CTO or DS Team Member60-minute technical interview with the CTO & CSO30-minute culture interview with the CEO #J-18808-Ljbffr
