We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer based in Paris with deep expertise in NLP, LLMs, and RAG architectures. In this role, you will revolutionize how medical device companies interact with complex regulatory documentation and compliance processes through intelligent AI‑powered features. What you'll do: Accelerate Customer Success: Design and implement NLP solutions and RAG systems that drastically reduce time spent on regulatory documentation, helping our customers bring medical devices to market months faster while maintaining compliance quality. Intelligent Automation: Build LLM‑powered features that transform how Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance teams work – automating repetitive compliance tasks, instantly surfacing relevant regulatory guidance, and generating first‑draft documentation that would typically take days to create manually. Seamless Integration: Develop AI capabilities that integrate naturally into our platforms, ensuring customers can leverage powerful AI features without disrupting their existing workflows or compromising on security and traceability. Customer‑Driven Innovation: Partner with internal teams, customer success, and product teams to identify the highest‑impact opportunities where AI can eliminate bottlenecks, reduce human error, and help medical device companies achieve their time‑to‑market goals.
