Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Member Lifecycle Join Alan as a Fullstack Software Engineer focusing on Member Lifecycle. We serve over 1 M users across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada as part of a vertically‑integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system. Overview As a full‑stack you will build a global onboarding platform that serves 1 M+ members, design automation for life‑changing moments such as adding family members or retirement, and create self‑service solutions to reduce costs and improve satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and maintain the global onboarding platform using Python/Flask and React / React Native. Design and implement smart automation for major life events, reducing friction and delighting users. Build innovative self‑service solutions to lower operational costs while enhancing member experience. Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver delightful web and mobile flows. Participate in architecture, code reviews, and mentorship of other engineers, and help shape hiring and assessment processes. Qualifications 3+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, C#) and modern JavaScript technologies. Experience building web and mobile products using Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL is a plus. Passionate about building products, self‑starting, and entrepreneurial. Collaborative, enthusiastic, and willing to coach and learn from teammates. Fluent in English; speaking French is a strong advantage. At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
