Your Role Reporting to the Technology Innovation Director, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering cutting‑edge technologies that drive the next generation of payment solutions. Your responsibilities will include Contributing to product ideation and design from concept to prototype. Designing and developing innovative solutions, selecting and integrating the right technologies. Writing and reviewing patents to protect our innovations. Leading cross‑functional teams and projects independently. Driving technology watch and research to identify emerging trends and opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who is curious, creative, and passionate about technology — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where innovation is a daily mindset. Your mission will evolve depending on your experience, interests, and growth potential. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture Strong expertise in encryption and security Excellent communication skills in English and French Experience in retail or payment systems is a strong advantage Technical Skills Agile, Scrum, UML methodologies Vue.js, TensorFlow, Bootstrap Real‑time systems, Progressive Web Apps Development for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms Chatbots and AI‑based applications Strong understanding of SSL/TLS and secure communications What You Bring Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities A client‑focused mindset with attention to delivery and quality A passion for innovation and emerging technologies Proactivity, curiosity, and a desire to explore new ideas Why Join Us At Ingenico Labs, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary, international team pushing the boundaries of payment technology.
