By 2030 we aim to be one of the world's leading advisory firms with a truly global footprint.Responsibilities:As a member of the Cash & Working Capital team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients through their cash challenges in the context of deals, build-ups, or transformations by :Assisting on producing financial modelling and analysis including cash flow models and projections;Help to produce integrated models with balance sheet, P&L and cash flow, identifying key trends and red flags;Assisting on synthesising information after research and analysis into high quality client reports and recommendations;Assist in diagnosing and analyzing a company's working capital requirements (WCR) by identifying optimization levers such as receivables, payables, and inventory management. Contribute to the implementation of strategies and processes to improve cash flow management, streamline operations (Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay), and promote a cash management culture across financial and operational teams;Conducting research and analysis to shape solutions, assist in business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and stay updated on industry trends to support the growth of the practice;Supporting Managing Directors and other senior members of the team with client pitch productionRequirementsRelevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics;Experience in a consultancy or advisory role, preferably within Cash & Working Capital field;Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information to draw insights and conclusions;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to convey ideas and findings clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues;Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines;Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles, able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation;A commitment to delivering high-quality work and driving continuous improvement through feedback and reflection;An interest in IT software (TMS) and data processing is a plus;Fluent French and English, oral and written.BenefitsInclusion at Interpath:We exist to help our clients seize transformational opportunities or to navigate their most difficult challenges, and so we need to draw on the brightest minds from the broadest range of backgrounds to bring the most insightful perspectives.To do that, it's essential that it is in our DNA to support and celebrate our people as individuals and that we all have the ability, resources and guidance to achieve our long-term career ambitions.
