Job Summary Independently handle and perform the Senior Project Management role for complex, high‑profile projects in mainland Europe, supporting the EMEA scheme as appointed by the Corporate Real Estate team to manage, financially control and deliver to its capital plan. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Senior project management leadership to deliver high‑profile and complex projects. Management of multiple internal and external stakeholders. Manage, coordinate and control delivery of projects from inception to completion. Manage projects from RIBA Stage 1 to handover, including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting and construction management. Oversee capital improvement/asset preservation programmes across multiple sites with minimal oversight. Manage projected budgets and maintain monthly forecasts and cash‑flow analysis. Assist or be responsible for project scheduling and decisions on owners’ objectives (e.g., site improvements, entitlements, permits, consultant selection, design team management, contractor selection, financial management). Assemble and manage required teams of consultants and contractors, negotiating contracts and interfacing with architects, client staff, property managers and vendors. Maintain client relationships and assist in conflict resolution. Provide on‑site supervision to ensure performance criteria are met. Develop relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors and evaluate performance. Operate independently on project‑related activities, deferring policy or employment matters to higher management. Identify and address potential liabilities and risk to the client prior to sign‑off and manage expectations. Participate in client meetings or business development presentations and help demonstrate capabilities; assist in marketing materials and support information/data. Track all costs attributed to each project to enable cost recovery. Perform any other duties and tasks assigned. Additional Duties & Responsibilities Budget and cost planning and management. On‑time and on‑budget closure of projects. Project documentation, including drawings and handover certificates, at 100% Qualifications 10+ years of relevant industry experience with consultant or contractor firms. Experience leading a wider team. Fluent in French & English (good communication skills). Firm knowledge of construction, architecture and MEP services. Previous experience in commercial office‑fit‑out. Strong experience in investment banking environments, understanding governance & policy in project management. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executive‑level internal & external clients. Organized and detail‑oriented, with ability to prioritize and manage differing business needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Independent, resourceful, keen learner with excellent work ethics. Ability to multi‑task within a team structure and independently. Assumes complete responsibility for assignments of moderate complexity and continuously improves skill base.
