Develop the product and structure the technical team of the startup you join, in direct contact with its CTO. You benefit from the support and security of a CDI at Galadrim, and in addition to this framework, you progress within the client’s technical team for whom you are on assignment. Discover promising startups and test collaboration with their teams in real conditions. After 12 months, if you are convinced of the potential of this startup, we allow you to join it and take responsibilities. Examples of Projects Posos – a startup offering a search engine for drug information for doctors. Following a $10 million raise in 2022, 2 Galadrim developers joined Posos teams to accelerate the product roadmap. Paladin – a web platform for the startup Paladin aims to modernize occupational medicine. Two Galadrim developers joined the technical team from the start and helped develop its first version. Altrove – the startup Altrove helps industries identify and produce new materials at scale using AI. They counted on a Galadrim developer from the beginning to quickly build effective algorithms. Perspectives Technical: positioned on increasingly complex projects, become an expert in your subject, and be recognized as the reference on the topic within Galadrim. Commercial/Client: dedicate part of your time to developing commercial relationships with clients, listening to their needs, as main point of contact. Mentoring/Management: supervise junior developers, either purely technical mentorship (code reviews, pair programming) or integrate managerial aspects (goal setting, regular follow‑ups).
