ResponsibilitiesSupport customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information. Follow structured processes, document cases, and meet quality standards. Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.What we are looking forFrench proficiency to support native-level customers.A service-oriented mindset, reliability, and comfort working with targets and procedures.Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation and qualification methodologies.Minimum of 2 years of Cold Calling sales experience.Native proficiency in the required language for the role is mandatory (notes: while alternatives are explored, this requirement is currently mandatory).Ideally within the tech or digital advertising space.Working detailsWork model: RemoteSchedule: M/F 09:00 – 18:00Compensation3600 BGN gross; 2000 BGN target bonus (quarterly)Benefits and eligibilityRelocation: Package to Sofia10 daysUp to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months in the companySupport documentation to be collected - e-ticket, invoiceApprovals to be collected with the offer approvals10 Nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included) TA specialist will book the hotel and process the payments in CoupaAdvance in salary of 1056 BGN; to be deducted in 3 equal installments of 352 BGN monthly starting with the first full salary; processing within 5 working days upon providing an active bank account to HRHow to applyApply with your CV and be ready to complete the selection steps quickly if shortlisted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
