We support SMEs and mid‑market companies in strategic hiring using a 100 % data‑driven approach based on automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative prospecting tools. Role Responsibilities Full‑remote consulting on the BU of your choice; primarily commercial development. Automated prospecting: identification of active recruitment firms, multi‑channel automated messages, decision‑maker identification, personalized email writing, quarterly reminders. Recruitment / Delivery: pilot the end‑to‑end recruitment process (sourcing, qualification, client presentation, follow‑up to hire), semi‑automated sourcing, ensuring a smooth, high‑quality experience for candidates and clients. Tools & Training Clay: Go‑to‑market workflow for AI agents. Apify: Scraping job boards. Jarvi (ATS + CRM): Full mission, candidate and exchange tracking. The Growth Machine: LinkedIn & Gmail prospecting campaigns. BetterContact: Waterfall of >20 email & phone suppliers. MailReach: Spam‑free delivery with 3 send addresses. Noota: AI transcription & automatic memos. LinkedIn and other sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Hellowork, Indeed, JuiceBox). Compensation Model 60 % of billing up to €30 000 per quarter. 70 % of billing between €30 000 and €50 000. 80 % of billing beyond €50 000. Collaboration Process Discussion with Jason on ecosystem, tools, and vision. Discussion with Brice on motivations, vision, and objectives. Contract signing. Integration & training on AI tools. Launch of first projects. Desired Profile 1–3 years experience in a recruitment firm or as an independent recruiter (including internships). Skills in client/candidate calls, closing, and candidate sourcing. Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomous, results‑oriented. Openness to training on AI tools and automation methods. Benefits Same compensation model as above.
