Discover the Role The HR & Payroll Consultant will ensure both technical and commercial service quality across its portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Ensure regular payroll and social reporting on client files of intermediate complexity level Integrate variable pay elements (due diligence, anomalies processing) Monitor the payroll project according to the procedures defined by the supervisor Processing of a new employee: establishment of the DUE, affiliation with social organizations, creation of the employee record in Silae Process the departure of an employee: fill in the employee’s file, calculate the STC in simple cases (CDD, resignation) and complex cases (dismissal, breaks), drawing up the work certificate, received from STC, Pôle Emploi certificate When payroll has been validated by the supervisor, call for funds establishment, under control and supervisor review Establish common Urssaf social statements, pension fund, provident, mutual, occupational medicine, to be supervised by the supervisor Establish pay certificates for sickness, maternity, AT within the legal time limits. Prepare year‑end returns and taxes Perform all recurring and unusual work on a file, including configuration of files under SILAE, setting up new clients (memberships to the caisses), compliance with the collective agreement, updating as labour law evolves Key Requirements Good knowledge of French payroll Good oral and written French and English skills 2–3 years at least experience of French payroll activities Proactive, responsive and customer service Ability to work independently and organize own workload What’s in it for you?
