The school conducts research with a strong societal impact, particularly through its CSR‑focused research institute, the IRSI (Institute for Societal Responsibility through Innovation). The IRSI has established three main objectives: advancing research in management sciences related to CSR and sustainable development, promoting CSR through organizational support and student education, and contributing to the evolution of societal responsibility frameworks.Excelia Business School’s Supply Chain, Purchasing and Project Management Department is hiring an Assistant Professor in Supply Chain and Project Management.This position is primarily based at the Centre-Val de Loire campus (Tours / Orléans), with occasional travel to the La Rochelle and Paris campuses. The successful candidate is anticipated to start as soon as possible, depending on their availability.Required Profile / QualificationsThe candidate (M / F) must hold a PhD or Doctorate in Management Sciences and demonstrate research potential, evidenced by publications and/or manuscripts submitted to recognized academic journals (FNEGE, ABS, ABDC, FT rankings) as well as participation in prestigious international conferences in the field (AIM, AFM, AFFI, EURAM, etc.).Having international experience or a doctoral degree acquired overseas is considered highly beneficial.A demonstrated ability to implement innovative strategies in course design and instructional methodologies is expected.The candidate is required to exhibit proficiency in teaching both French and English at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.Depending on the candidate's profile, there may be additional responsibilities, such as managing an MSc program and developing partnerships with the socio‑economic environment.CompensationSalary will be determined according to the candidate's experience and qualifications, in line with Excelia Business School’s remuneration system.
