About the Role Collaborate with team members to deliver advanced NetSuite solutions that align with clients' business processes and IT needs, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of customized NetSuite solutions, including complex workflows, scripts, and integrations. Develop and implement connectivity solutions using APIs and iPaaS tools like Celigo and Workato to integrate systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or Shopify. Provide technical expertise in programming and gain exposure to accounting, financial consolidation, CRM, and other key business processes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes, configurations, and customizations to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders. Mentor and support team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices. Identify upsell opportunities and expand project scopes where possible, contributing to revenue growth. Contribute to internal improvements with innovative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit, actively participating in our growth and success. Job requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Coding bootcamp in Web Development is a strong asset. Relevant experience in ERP / IT implementation, with technical skills in areas like scripting, web services, and application development. Accounting and business background is a strong asset. Fluent in English, with proficiency in French. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
