Une InsurTech française spécialisée dans le développement d’une plateforme d’assurance de nouvelle génération, permettant aux acteurs du secteur de concevoir et de déployer rapidement leurs produits, et connaissant une forte croissance, cherche à renforcer son équipe.Mission du posteLe Presale & Implementation Engineer est responsable de la mise en œuvre technique de la plateforme auprès des clients.En amont de la signature du contrat :Participer aux phases de pré-vente pour évaluer la faisabilité technique.Qualifier techniquement le besoin.Concevoir et présenter des prototypes et des démonstrations.Analyser les besoins techniques et fonctionnels.Gérer la configuration, l’intégration et le suivi des projets clients.Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes.Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique et les guides d’intégration.Standardiser les procédures d’implémentation.Après la signature du contrat, sur la phase d’implémentation :Réaliser la configuration avancée de la plateforme.Intégrer la solution avec les systèmes existants du client.Piloter les phases d’onboarding et de déploiement.Résoudre les problématiques techniques complexes.Recueillir les retours clients pour contribuer à l’amélioration continue du produit.Profil recherchéMinimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle technique orienté client ou en développement.Solides bases techniques (école d’ingénieur ou formation spécialisée).Capacité à gérer des projets complexes et multi-intervenants.Excellentes compétences de communication en environnement B2B.Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’analyse et capacité à résoudre des problèmes.Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.Rémunération attractive + BSPCE.Poste basé à Paris. #J-18808-Ljbffr
