We’re looking for driven, ambitious talents to join us and keep pushing the boundaries of space technologyWhat We are Looking ForWe are looking for a versatile senior engineer to lead our Customer Solutions Team. With a background in space mission operations and ground segment architecting, you will be the technical lead responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. The role offers you a unique opportunity to work across a large variety of space missions, from satellites to launchers, from commercial to institutional, across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.With a primary focus on winning new customers, you will be their trusted advisor and translate their business needs into technical requirements. You will work closely with our prospects and customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and how they operate, and architect their ground segment solution based on the Leanspace platform. You will lead technical interactions, negotiate requirements, and perform product demos. You will manage a team of developers and solution architects to customize our products and serve unique use cases for satellite and launcher operations systems.You will be hands-on during technical engagements and implementations, and also take care of resource allocation across various prospect capture campaigns and customer support. You will work closely with sales, and write technical proposals to win new business. You will provide technical support to our customers and partners.
