OverviewJob Title: Mechanical Commissioning Authority (CxA) – 12-Month ContractLocation: Paris, FranceContract Type: 12-month fixed-term (client-side)Salary: Competitive (market-related)We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Authority (CxA) to join a client-side team on a high-profile project in Paris. This is a 12-month contract with the opportunity to work directly with the client, ensuring that mechanical systems are commissioned safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities Act as the Mechanical CxA, overseeing commissioning activities across all mechanical systems Review designs, installation, and testing to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards Prepare and manage CxA documentation, reports, and checklists Liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to resolve commissioning issues Ensure smooth handover and operational readiness of mechanical systems Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical CxA, preferably in client-side roles Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, commissioning processes, and quality standards Experience reviewing and approving mechanical installation and testing documentation Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and contractors Fluent in English; French language skills beneficial but not mandatory Why This Role? 12-month client-side contract with a high-profile project in Paris Opportunity to lead mechanical commissioning on a major scheme Work directly with the client, influencing quality and operational outcomes Join a dynamic, professional environment in one of Europe’s leading project hubs Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Engineering and Consulting Industries Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
