This role is essential in making sure our brand is represented with excellence within department store shop-in-shops across Europe, both operationally and commercially, and that our stores convey FARM Rio’s DNA every single dayWhat we´re looking for :based in Paris or Londonstrategic perspectivattentive and detail-oriented approachperfect communication in French and EnglishYou’ll Be Responsible ForStrategic VisionPrepare analyses and reports that support regional leadership decisions.Connect data, field insights, and customer behavior to anticipate trends and further delight our consumer.Actively contribute to FARM Rio’s growth and brand strengthening within the region.Department Stores & PartnershipsAct as the main point of contact between FARM Rio and our retail partners, strengthening relationships and ensuring strategic alignment.Build opportunities for visibility, brand activations, and space improvements together with partners.Represent the brand with a collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.Performance & BusinessAnalyze KPIs and sales results, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.Develop action plans to optimize performance, product assortment, and sell-through.Collaborate in commercial and merchandising planning, considering the needs and specificities of each store.Ensure proper stock flow and the successful execution of launches, collections, and seasonal activations.FARM Rio is an equal opportunity employer committed to Diversity & Inclusion.
