Job Overview In a context of significant business and IT transformation, the primary role of the job is to lead the technology teams that manage, develop the tools used to manage a variety of applications connected to product and services data. The key applications managed are: PIM (Product Information Management), pricing tools, SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), and service management. This role will work directly with the internal customer who is the business leader for merchandising and services. Close relationship with other key business experts and Product Owners (PO) will be key to ensure an exceptional service is provided to the internal client. Leveraging their own teams’ technical experts and knowledge to deliver this exceptional service will be a key to the success factor. Your main missions and objectives Obtain a high level of satisfaction from the merchandising leaders Define and implement comprehensive technical capabilities and plans to enable the merchandising department strategy Collaborate with Merchandising teams to automate service and processes enabling agents to do higher value work while reduce cost to service Leverage the latest developments in the selected technology partners to ensure the company maximizes benefits from purchased software Develop, monitor and improve key performance indicators for accountable technology products and stay within agreed SLAs Identify and implement measures to reduce total cost of ownership while improving capabilities provided to users Develop manager and expert talents to create a healthy succession of key roles within the Merchandising IT team Act as a general leader within the IT organization and be a trusted advisor to the Group IS Director and the IT Leadership Team Active member of the IT leadership Team to drive the overall IT strategy Essential experiences and skills Proven ability to coach and develop a high performing team 3-5 years managing managers and top technology talent +5 years of experience delivering and operating technology, preferable in a merchandising, sales, service, e-commerce or marketing technology role Fluent in English Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset Ability to collaborate, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both orally and in writing Ability to work at all management levels (executive management to operational teams) Ability to innovate REASONS TO JOIN LYRECO Experience working in an international environment. Vos principales missions et objectifs Obtenir un haut niveau de satisfaction de la part des responsables de l’approvisionnement. Définir et mettre en œuvre des capacités techniques globales et des plans pour soutenir la stratégie du département approvisionnement. Collaborer avec les équipes d’approvisionnement pour automatiser les services et les processus, permettant ainsi aux agents de se concentrer sur des tâches à plus forte valeur ajoutée tout en réduisant les coûts de service. Tirer parti des derniers développements des partenaires technologiques sélectionnés afin de maximiser les avantages des logiciels achetés. Développer, surveiller et améliorer les indicateurs clés de performance pour les produits technologiques sous responsabilité, tout en respectant les SLA convenus. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des mesures pour réduire le coût total de possession tout en améliorant les capacités fournies aux utilisateurs. Développer des managers et valoriser les talents pour assurer une succession saine des rôles clés au sein de l’équipe IT Approvisionnement. Agir en tant que leader général au sein de l’organisation IT et être un conseiller de confiance pour le Directeur IS Groupe et l’équipe de direction IT. Être membre actif de l’équipe de direction IT pour piloter la stratégie IT globale. Expériences et compétences demandées Capacité avérée à encadrer et développer une équipe performante. 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de managers et de top talents. +5 ans d’expérience dans la livraison et l’exploitation de technologies, de préférence dans un poste tech lié aux approvisionnements, à la vente, au service, au ecommerce ou au marketing. Anglais courant (niveau C1) Bon équilibre entre connaissances techniques et sens business. Compétences analytiques solides avec une approche axée sur les données. Capacité à collaborer, à établir des relations solides et à communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Capacité à travailler à tous les niveaux de gestion (de la direction exécutive aux équipes opérationnelles). Capacité à innover.
