Based in Munich, Paris, Milan, Trivandrum, Pune, Singapore, and New York, our dedicated global teams share a joint vision: to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments, transforming the future of Allianz from within.We bring deep industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients' needs, ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and Agile methodologies.Allianz Consulting has a reputation for focusing on growing its talent and on-the-job training from the very first day to ensure strong career development and preparation for future opportunities within the Allianz Group.We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Compliance & Resilience practice area, located in Paris (France) and support us on a broad range projects of different scope and complexity.If you want to make a difference, Allianz Consulting is your place to beRole Summary:As a Senior Consultant, you will lead IAM workstreams and guide OEs through IAM TOM transformations, enhancements, and compliance efforts You are expected to apply deep subject matter knowledge and consulting skills to solve complex IAM challenges across the business units and geographies.Key Responsibilities:Lead IAM assessments, maturity evaluations, and target operating model implementation approachDesign and deliver scalable and compliant IAM processes, collaborating with technical architects and security teamsDrive stakeholder alignment, change management, and communications across functional teamsMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development and offeringsSupport the definition and rollout of Allianz global IAM initiatives aligned with regulatory and group objectivesSupport in shaping the structure of AZC and AZS IAM service offerings, defining clear scope, value, and delivery expectationsDevelop reusable tools, templates, and onboarding materials to streamline service adoptionEngage with the clients and other stakeholders to promote IAM service offeringsGather feedback from OEs and translate it into actionable service improvementsQualifications:4+ years of experience in IAM, information security, or risk advisory rolesStrong knowledge of IAM tools (eg, SailPoint, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, GIAM, GPAM) and industry standards (eg, NIST, ISO 27001)Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects or workstreamsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsRelevant certifications (eg, CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications) are a plusThe Allianz Group is one of the world's most trusted insurance and asset management companies.
