Your Mission Develops and publishes informational or entertaining website content in order to attract consumers to company website / social media. Responsibilities Develop and publish engaging and informative website content to attract consumers to the company website and social media platforms. Draft, edit, and format content in accordance with organizational style guidelines for both digital and print media. Create multiple concepts and prototypes to design innovative digital products and services. Provide support and advice to help colleagues maximize the use of external communications systems. Analyze and monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness. Assist in managing brand(s) by implementing brand plans and guidelines, and measure their impact. Offer support and advice to optimize the use of internal communications systems. Identify and report instances of noncompliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes within the team, escalating issues as necessary. Participate in assessment and development planning activities, engage in formal and informal training and coaching, and pursue external professional accreditation to enhance performance and personal growth. Stay updated on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Qualifications Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education. Possess experience as an independent practitioner. Have basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
