Your impactful role : Enable smooth order flow: Manage the entire quoting process from RFQ order, ensuring timely and accurate support for outdoor sales and internal coordination. Be the first point of contact: Receive customer inquiries, enter them into the system, and request cost estimates from relevant departments to keep projects moving. Secure competitive deals: Support account managers in pricing negotiations and lead negotiations for your own assigned accounts to maximize profitability. Ensure contract accuracy: Enter new contract requests, review details in alignment with account managers, and coordinate with the Contract Management team for compliance. Accelerate product adoption: Lead the sampling quoting and ordering process from RFQ through to purchase order entry, ensuring customers receive what they need quickly. Qualifications Your Skills and Qualifications : Completed commercial and/or technical training/study Fluent in English MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Good knowledge in CRM/SAP Work experience dealing with global customers Skills needed to be successful in this position: Demonstrated analytical and communication skills Ability to work well in multicultural environments Teamwork and relationship building skills Why join us Contribute to account team business development and to overall sales strategy Team Environment : be part of a supportive and motivated team dedicated to excellence.
