This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow within the luxury cruise industry. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution of shore excursion programs.1–3 years of experience in the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry, preferably in shore excursions, operations, or administrative support roles.Solid understanding of tour operations or shore excursion logistics, with a strong interest in growing within the luxury cruise sector.Demonstrated ability to support complex operational processes and manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient way.Communication & Language: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.Fluency in other languages is highly advantageous.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software.Experience with MXP or similar operational systems is highly desirable, including tour creation, pricing validation, and data accuracy management.Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation templates, and shared tracking tools to maintain high data accuracyPersonal Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and the ability to spot discrepancies early.Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to provide temporary onboard support when required.Flexible and solution-focused, with the ability to manage administrative tasks while contributing to operational delivery.Willingness to travel up to 30% to support shore excursion operations when neededIf you have a talent for creating joy and offering genuine, heartfelt service, we encourage you to apply today.Do you have at least 1 year of experience in the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry (preferably in shore excursions, operations, or admin support)?Are you comfortable working with operational or contracting systems such as MXP? #J-18808-Ljbffr
