Product Manager confirmé – Édition logicielle (5+ ans d’expérience) Poste basé à Montpellier ou Nanterre – télétravail 2j/semaine possible Français et anglais courant requis CompuGroup Medical conçoit et opère une suite de solutions logicielles destinées aux médecins à travers l’Europe. Notre mission est d’améliorer l’efficacité des soins et la qualité de vie des professionnels de santé grâce à la technologie. Vous contribuerez directement à cette ambition en créant des modules innovants utilisés chaque jour par des milliers de médecins. Dans le cadre du développement de modules et composants innovants intégrés à notre plateforme, nous recherchons un Product Manager expérimenté pour piloter la stratégie, la conception et le lancement de ces nouvelles fonctionnalités. Vos responsabilités Définir la vision produit et construire la roadmap pour votre périmètre fonctionnel. Concevoir, lancer et améliorer en continu de nouvelles fonctionnalités SaaS. Piloter la discovery : analyses de données d’usage, interviews, ateliers, benchmarks. Rédiger des user stories claires et priorisées, alignées sur les objectifs business et utilisateurs. Gérer et maintenir le backlog produit, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement (agile / scrum). Préparer et piloter le lancement produit (communication, adoption, feedback, KPIs). Assurer la cohérence et la conformité des modules avec les exigences d’agrément et de sécurité. Identifier les opportunités d’innovation et contribuer à la stratégie produit globale. Votre profil Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Product Manager dans l’édition de logiciels SaaS / cloud. Expérience prouvée dans le lancement et la gestion d’un cycle de vie complet d’un produit. Solide compréhension des cycles de développement produit et des modèles cloud. Capacité démontrée à définir une stratégie produit, à la traduire en exécution concrète et à en mesurer les résultats. Forte orientation satisfaction client et amélioration continue. Excellente communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais (niveau courant exigé). A l’aise dans un environnement international et multiculturel. Esprit analytique, synthétique, orienté impact. Connaissance des outils de gestion produit : Jira, Confluence. Expérience dans un secteur réglementé est un plus. Nous ne recherchons pas Des chefs de projet ou scrum masters souhaitant évoluer vers le produit. Des coaches agiles ou profils uniquement orientés delivery. Des profils sans expérience confirmée en édition logicielle. Des candidats hors de France ou sans maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais.
