This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned safety professional to bring leadership, structure, and high standards to a dynamic and complex site environment. As the EHS Lead, you’ll join the project’s core delivery team and take responsibility for elevating on‑site safety culture. You will oversee a dedicated EHS team made up of a Manager and Site Supervisors. Your primary focus will be driving the implementation of an established EHS improvement plan, ensuring full compliance on site, and continuously improving safety performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the on‑site EHS team of three safety professionals. Ensure full execution of the existing EHS improvement plan. Identify non‑compliance, gaps, and improvement opportunities with clear corrective actions. Raise EHS standards across the project through hands‑on leadership and strong on‑site presence. Produce structured daily, weekly, and monthly EHS reports. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong working relationships across the project. Support incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and follow‑up actions. Promote a proactive, high‑performance safety culture. Mandatory Requirements Fluent French speaker (essential for on‑site coordination, documentation, and contractor management). Data center construction experience, ideally in an EHS leadership capacity. Additional Experience & Competencies Strong background in EHS leadership roles on large construction or industrial projects. Deep understanding of EHS compliance requirements and best practices. A confident, hands‑on approach with the ability to influence contractors and drive accountability. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Proven ability to deliver high‑quality EHS reporting. The capability to step in quickly and make an immediate impact.
