Global Indirect Sourcing Lead

Responsibilities:Execute the Global Indirects Sourcing Transformation strategy.Track and evaluate the performance of MGS-C against KPIs and SLAs.Identify and mitigate risks associated with managing RC indirect spend.Develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply.Manage spend, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.Manage and guide regional sourcing teams.Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among regional teams.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and prepare reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and ethical sourcing practices.Support regional teams in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.Track and evaluate supplier performance.Required Skills and Experience:Knowledge of indirect sourcing, operations, and commercial governance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Proven experience in change management.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience managing and influencing teams.Fluency in English.A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
