Your Responsibilities Develop, maintain and nurture strong relationships with individual clients and professional specifiers (architects, designers).Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions from Knoll’s product collections. Manage the entire sales cycle – from initial contact and commercial proposals (quotes, project plans), to production follow‑up, delivery and after‑sales service. Collaborate actively with the showroom and operations teams to ensure a smooth and memorable customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends, new products and market developments. Represent Knoll at professional events, trade shows and client meetings (both private and professional). Actively contribute to the organisation and hosting of annual events such as launch parties and cocktail receptions. Ensure rigorous stock management and organise an annual private sale. Qualifications Proven sales experience, ideally in furniture, design or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet set objectives. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus. Passion for design, architecture and related fields that bring a unique perspective to the Knoll Retail team. Commitment to high‑quality customer service and a strong sense of service for a demanding clientele. Fluency in French and English is required.
