Software Architect for a Symfony project- **Location:** Remote + part-time onsite (Paris, France)Califrais optimise et décarbone la supply chain alimentaire grâce à l’IA : c'est la première startup à avoir digitalisé le marché de Rungis, et sa technologie est en train d’être déployée chez les distributeurs alimentaires majeurs en France.**Tes missions**En collaboration directe avec l’équipe de développement web et applicative, sous la responsabilité du lead dev et du CTO, nous recherchons un dev full stack.Nous utilisons les frameworks Symfony, React et React Native dans leurs dernières versions : à Califrais, il n’y a pas de code legacy.Dans ce cadre, sans que cette liste ne soit limitative ni exhaustive, tu seras en charge de :**Conception et architecture*** Traduire les user stories et besoin métiers en code* Faire évoluer l’architecture applicative de différentes apps et services* Respecter les best-practices de sécurité et de scalabilité**Développement et intégration*** Développer de nouvelles features back end ou front end* Mettre en place les tests nécessaires pour assurer la viabilité du code* S’assurer de la performance du code produit**Qualité et amélioration continue*** Participer aux code reviews et à l’établissement des conventions de code* Effectuer des veilles technologiques afin que notre stack reste à jour* Établir les documents nécessaires à la communication entre collaborateurs**Ton profil**Avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience en développement full-stack, tu possèdes les qualifications suivantes :* Expertise solide en PHP et avec le framework Symfony.* Maîtrise de JavaScript et des frameworks React et/ou React Native.* Capacité à traduire les besoins métiers en code fonctionnel.* Souci du détail et engagement envers la qualité du code.* Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.* Curiosité technologique et volonté de maintenir ses compétences à jour.* Connaissance des meilleures pratiques de sécurité et de scalabilité.* Expérience avec les tests unitaires et fonctionnels.**Le process*** Un bref entretien avec notre RH pour introduire l’entreprise, ton parcours et tes motivations.* Un entretien d’1h avec notre CTO pour discuter des expériences, de l’approche produit, des méthodes et des outils.* Selon profil (participation à l’open source, projets persos démontrables, etc.) entretien technique.* Un entretien final avec notre CEO suivi d’une proposition et de l’onboarding.Des profils de senior software engineer plus atypiques sont également intéressants.
