We are recruiting for several establishments in our Handicap filière located in Semur-en-Auxois and Châtillon-sur-Seine, for the position of Psychologue Clinicien (F/H). This is a full‑time CDD to be filled as soon as possible. Mission Take responsibility for the psychological follow‑up of the persons supported. Participate in active listening during individual interviews and evaluate the well‑being of persons in the dormitory, day activity centre or ESAT. Implement therapeutic solutions.Serve as a link with the management for the requests of the persons supported. Write psychological reports to inform the team of relevant information from the interviews. Animate work commissions and workshops with the persons. Animate and supervise individual support projects. Organisation du Poste 0.30 ETP – Dormitory “Henri Baillot” – Châtillon‑Sur‑Seine 0.10 ETP – Day Activity Centre “du Pays Chatillonnais” – Châtillon‑Sur‑Seine 0.30 ETP – Dormitory “Le Châtelot” – Semur‑en‑Auxois 0.10 ETP – Day Activity Centre “de l’Auxois” – Semur‑en‑Auxois 0.20 ETP – ESAT “Henri Baillot” – Châtillon‑Sur‑Seine Profil / Qualifications Holder of the Psychologist Clinical degree – a postgraduate degree of level 1. Experience and knowledge with persons in a situation of handicap. Empathy, active listening and ability to find solutions aimed at well‑being, integration, autonomy and flourishing. Strong organizational and written communication skills. Autonomous, dynamic and respectful of ethical and deontological rules and confidentiality. Rémunération et Avantages Annual gross salary ranging from €25,229 to €48,623 depending on profile.
