Description de l'entreprise Une entreprise internationale du secteur digital, en pleine croissance et forte de plusieurs centaines de collaborateurs répartis sur différents continents, recherche un·e Staff Database Engineer pour renforcer son équipe Platform & Infrastructure. Dans un contexte de migration vers le cloud public (principalement AWS), le poste s'adresse à un profil senior, expert des bases MySQL à grande échelle, capable d'évoluer dans des environnements hybrides (on-premise + cloud) et de contribuer à la modernisation et à la fiabilisation des plateformes de données. Le rôle s'inscrit au coeur des enjeux Ops / SRE / Infrastructure, sur des environnements critiques et à fort volume. Équipe & environnement Équipe Ops / Infrastructure d'une vingtaine de personnes (Sys, Réseau, SRE, Sécurité, DBA). Équipe Database actuelle 1 DBA senior 1 ingénieur plus junior Astreintes 24/7 (rotation) Astreintes rémunérées Majoration en cas d'intervention Missions principales Administrer, maintenir et optimiser des bases MySQL (et MariaDB à terme) dans des environnements hybrides on-premise / cloud Contribuer au projet de migration cloud Assurer la haute disponibilité, performance, sécurité et fiabilité Participer aux initiatives d'automatisation, monitoring et observabilité Collaborer avec les équipes Backend, SRE et DevOps (Optimisation des requêtes, Modélisation et évolution des schémas, Amélioration des performances, Gérer les incidents de production et assurer la continuité de service, Participer aux astreintes et aux retours d'expérience, Documenter les processus et bonnes pratiques, Contribuer au capacity planning, aux montées de version et à l'automatisation des opérations) Profil recherché Compétences techniques : Environ 7 ans d'expérience en administration et ingénierie MySQL sur des environnements critiques Expertise des bases à haute disponibilité Maîtrise du cloud public (AWS, RDS, monitoring, migration, optimisation) Très bonnes connaissances Linux Maîtrise de Python pour l'automatisation Sensibilité aux pratiques SRE / DevOps Bonne compréhension des enjeux de : scalabilité, sécurité, fiabilité, systèmes distribués Savoir-être & mindset : Curiosité et rigueur technique Autonomie et force de proposition Esprit collaboratif, goût du partage et de la documentation Intérêt pour les environnements cloud modernes Sensibilité aux valeurs de diversité et inclusion Anglais professionnel requis Salaire Salaire : jusqu'à 75K€ (70K€ fixe max). Astreintes rémunérées + prime d'intervention. CDI - full remote.
