We are looking for a Product Manager who can work closely with technical teams, understands how things work in detail, and can drive alignment across many stakeholders. You will own one of the most important assets in the company: our customer data. Instead of just maintaining pipelines, you will define and build the data ingestion, storage, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) that powers our AI strategy. This is a high‑impact role with strong ownership, high expectations, and a lot of responsibility in a fast‑moving environment.⚙️ What is the Ecommerce Team?The Ecommerce Team owns how we ingest, unify, and store all customer data. The team is the bridge between the merchant’s store (for example Shopify), our helpdesk, and all our AI products. Your mission is to make sure our customers and our AI agent always have the right data they need, when they need it. This includes building a proprietary CDP that can ingest millions of data points (orders, tracking events, customer behavior) in real time and transform them into clear and actionable context for users. Without this team, the AI cannot “see” the customer.💼 Working Conditions & Expectations🌍 We hire globally; working in a European time zone is a strong plus.👑 You have a high level of autonomy and ownership. You drive the vision, the execution, and cross‑functional alignment end to end.👷♀️ You are a hands‑on builder who brings structure to complex situations. You do not wait for a specification; you write it. You help design data flows, define retention policies, and challenge architecture choices when needed.
