About Your Job As Product Owner for our CAM solutions, you take ownership of the product roadmap and ensure the solutions meet the evolving needs of CNC machining professionals. Every day brings opportunities to connect with customers, analyze market trends, and turn insights into strategies that shape the future of CAM. Here’s some of the things you do: Drive product strategy aligned with global goals and regional market needs. Gather and prioritize customer feedback to guide product enhancements. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver high-quality releases. Apply agile principles to accelerate development and responsiveness. Use data and KPIs to guide decisions and continuous improvement. Location You’re based in Europe, preferably Germany or Italy, with flexibility for hybrid work and regular travel to engage with customers and colleagues. You report to our Global Product Director and work closely with teams across multiple regions. What We’re Looking For With several years in the CNC machining market, you have a strong technical understanding of CAM workflows and technologies. Experience as a customer in this industry is a big plus. Familiarity with Cimatron or similar CAM products is essential, along with solid skills in product management, roadmap planning, and data-driven decision-making. Professional proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of technical terminology in the CNC space helps you communicate effectively. Comfort with agile methodologies and MVP definition rounds out your technical toolkit. Success in this role depends on your ability to lead change and navigate complexity. You’re skilled at building trust across cultures and functions, and you thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift.
