Initially developed for the aerospace industry, the automation of our processes allows us to expand our markets to virtually all industries.As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager (M/F).Missions:Facilitate, coordinate and grow the company’s business in France and in EuropeCreate business momentum and support sales team in developing key accountsDevelop and motivate the sales forceSet the communication and marketing toolbox to expand the set of LUBODRY® solutionsProfile (M/F):You have at least 10 years of experience in sales management, in a BtoB environment, within the mechanics industry, ideally with emphasis in surface treatmentYou know how to sell technical and industrial solutions with high value added to your customers while keeping track on ROIYou have an excellent ability to understand strategic issues of your customers and know how to offer them the right solutionYou know how to identify and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)You know how to federate and manage a sales teamYou have a real strategic visionOther Information:Position based in Sartrouville (Yvelines, France), with business travel in France and EuropeAttractive remuneration package depending on profile (fixed salary and incentives)Benefits: company car, smartphone, laptop, competitive health plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
